Bookings

  • Bookings are taken for up to three walks into the future.
  • Bookings are normally made at the evening stop after the walk and paid for in advance.
  • Bookings can be made at committee meetings
  • If you can't book this way then phone the treasurer to make a booking and pay at the end of the walk.
  • If you are unable to walk, please advise the Treasurer. This will enable another member to take your place.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled bookings up to the Sunday evening before the walk will result in a credit against future walks. There will be no credits or money refunded after this time.
